The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco are co-sponsoring a forum in Oxnard, California on April 23, 2019. The forum will explore several issues, including disaster impact and recovery strategies for the Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties' lower-income communities; building small business and affordable housing resiliency; and access to capital. The convening will also explore ways to address funding and financing challenges, while ensuring that today's investments meet urgent community needs and long-term planning goals. CRA Banker Roundtable - Connecting Healthcare & Community Development: Investing in Healthy Communities (Cleveland, OH - April 24, 2019)

Tools of the Trade - Financing Small Business in Maryland: A Workshop for Financial Institutions (Baltimore, MD - April 30, 2019)
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond are co-sponsoring a workshop in Baltimore, Maryland on April 30, 2019. Designed for lenders, the workshop will focus on state and federal programs that could help manage the risk of lending to credit-worthy small businesses. Participants will also have the opportunity to hear the most recent findings of the Federal Reserve's Small Business Credit Survey. Interagency Rural Broadband Forum (Tifton, GA - April 30, 2019)
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture- Rural Development are co-sponsoring a forum in Tifton, Georgia on April 30, 2019. The forum will focus on the state of Broadband, Rural Development programs, opportunities for bank financing of Broadband initiatives, as well as the CRA and regulatory considerations for bank financing of certain broadband development activities. Discovering the Opportunities in Opportunity Zones: a Bankers Forum (Birmingham, AL - May 8, 2019)

Rural Small Business Lender Roundtable (Grand Junction, CO - May 9, 2019)
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are co-sponsoring a roundtable in Grand Junction, Colorado on May 9, 2019. In partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, the event will highlight lending enhancement programs designed to assist financial institutions with increasing their small business lending. The program will also feature a panel of lenders who have successfully used lending enhancement programs. CRA for Community Based Organizations (Washington, DC - May 14, 2019)

Designed for bank CRA and compliance officers, this workshop will provide an overview of the CRA bank exam process and the basics of the CRA regulation. More specifically, the workshop will help participants with CRA exam preparation, understanding community development, developing a CRA action plan, assessing community needs, and determining performance context factors.
