Historic Westside Las Vegas: Hundred Plan Investment Roundtable

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco are sponsoring a roundtable on May 17, 2022. The event will provide an overview of progress to date for this visionary, place-based initiative designed to revitalize Las Vegas’ Historic Westside while preserving its cultural significance and residents. Participants will learn about specific community development investment opportunities for revitalizing this diverse and thriving district rooted in African-American culture. Investors will discuss projects for developing housing, businesses, jobs, and education with various project managers with the city of Las Vegas. Financial institution community development investment managers, public finance officers, commercial real estate lenders, small business lenders, venture capital funders, foundations, charitable giving managers, and community development financial institutions are encouraged to attend.
